Product Description
A fresh selection that changes every day, built around what has landed best at Brixham Fish Market. Choose a box for two to six people and receive one portion of white fish, smoked fish, oily fish and flat fish per person. Four categories, four portions per person, all prepared to order.
Each box contains, per person:
- One white fish portion (such as cod, haddock or hake)
- One smoked fish portion (such as smoked haddock, cod or pollack)
- One oily fish portion (such as mackerel)
- One flat fish portion (such as plaice or megrim)
The specific species within each category changes daily depending on what has landed and is at its best. Wild fish is selected through Brixham Fish Market. Any farmed fish, such as salmon or trout, comes from trusted British producers. Everything is prepared to order by our fishmongers, with nothing sitting in stock.
