Beautifully fresh, when unpacking no trace of overbearing fishy smells - incredibly fresh! Delicious too!

Fish was great-but the box was dumped on my doorstep, they didn’t knock, and left the front gate open. Luckily I heard the thud of the box against the door!
Fish excellent as usual but parcel left on front door step in bright sunshine on hotest day of year, instead of under cover to right garage per standard request.
The fish was deliciously fresh and arrived in prime condition due to its excellent packaging. The only downside was the delivery company who didn't even try the intercom, they just left the package in an unsecured vestibule 5 floors below my flat. They get 0 stars, the fish gets 5 stars.

The delivery drivers from DPD are not so good. Box left beside gate next to the road, could have been nicked. Nowhere on their website to include delivery instructions or phone number. We always have issues with DPD deliveries.
Beautifully fresh fish, well packaged, only thing that marred our experience was the abysmal delivery by DPD. Can only describe it as dumped outside our apartment building. Had to track it, fetch it and carry it with one (just operated on) arm in a sling. It’s a real shame as it’s put me off buying perishable stuff on line ,and I’m not alone.
