The 1kg - 1.2kg fish are perfect for 2 people to share as a main course or 3-4 to share as a starter.

We will never send you a frozen or defrosted Turbot as a replacement. If due to poor fishing conditions there is a shortage on the market we will contact you and offer a different sized fish, a replacement or the option to move your delivery to a day when we have been able to source the Turbot for you.

All of our Turbot are fresh off the boats and are suitable to home freeze. If you would like to freeze, we recommend placing in the freezer on the day of delivery and consuming within three months.
