Freshness & Quality

We smoke these large king prawns by hand in small batches using traditional oak smoking methods. Once cooked and smoked, they’re chilled, vacuum packed — so you can enjoy them hot or cold.

Serving Suggestion

Serve cold with aioli or lemon mayo, or add to a salad, pasta dish, or rice bowl for extra flavour. Also delicious warmed through in garlic butter or served alongside grilled fish.

Storage & Shelf Life

Delivered fresh and ready to eat. Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days of delivery.
