Beautiful hand filleted Salmon fillet, perfect to oven roast as a side or to cut into your preferred sized portions.

Salmon doesn't need much of an introduction, one of the most popular fish in the UK but we believe we supply the finest Scottish Salmon available.

We use the finest superior grade Loch Duart Salmon to ensure the quality is always outstanding. Loch Duart were the first Salmon farm in the world to become RSPCA assured and their Salmon is also a "Heart UK Approved" product due to it's high omega-3 fats, which was awarded by "Heart UK" which is Britain's leading Cholesterol charity.

Once the Salmon are harvested, gutted and boxed they arrive to us in south Devon the following morning, the Salmon are then filleted and pin boned by hand to ensure the highest quality.

All of our Salmon fillets are fresh and are suitable to home freeze. If you would like to freeze our fresh fish we recommend placing in the freezer on the day of delivery and consuming within three months.

Please note: Salmon fillet size may vary slightly. On very rare occasions, if Loch Duart Salmon is unavailable due to reasons outside of our control we will use superior grade Salmon from a different supplier as an alternative.
