We start with the finest Loch Duart Salmon, known for its exceptional quality and delicate texture, our expert fishmongers meticulously hand fillet and then cut each portion. The star of this dish is our special Honey and Chilli marinade, a harmonious blend of natural honey sweetness and a subtle kick of chilli spice.

All of our Salmon portions are fresh and suitable for home freezing. To freeze our fresh fish, we recommend placing it in the freezer on the day of delivery and consuming within three months.

Portion sizes can vary as they are cut by hand, with an approximate weight of 150g - 170g each.
