Frequently asked questions
How fresh is your fish?
At Hamiltons Fish, we are committed to providing our customers with the freshest and highest quality seafood available. We source all of our fish to order, which means we do not hold stock waiting for an order to come in. As a result, we do not offer same day dispatch. However, this also means that we can personally hand select the majority of our fish from Brixham Fish market each morning. By doing this, we can ensure that we pick out the best fish, with the finest quality and the highest freshness. We take pride in our rigorous selection process and only work with trusted suppliers who share our values of quality, sustainability, and freshness. Rest assured that when you order from Hamiltons Fish, you will receive the freshest fish available.
