Packagaing:
We vacuum pack and label all of your fish, so it is ready to put straight into the fridge or you can freeze it for up to three months. Any frozen seafood will have a best before date and should be placed straight into the freezer.
For DPD deliveries your fish will be packed in a cardboard box with sheeps wool insulation and frozen gel packs to keep everything cold for the duration of the delivery.
For LOCAL deliveries your fish will be vacuum packed and packed inside a cardboard box. We recommend leaving a cool box in your safe place if you think you will be out when we deliver.
Choosing Delivery Day:
You can choose your delivery day at checkout, once you have entered your name and address you will see all of the available delivery days for the next 3 - 4 weeks.

Isle of Wight Delivery:
We do offer delivery to the isle of Wight but due to the high delivery charges we are unable to offer free delivery. We charge £15.00 for delivery by DPD.
If you would like to choose a delivery day please contact us, or we will book your order in for delivery on the next available delivery day.
Delivery Time:
Our local and DPD deliveries can be delivered any time between 7am and 6pm.In rare cases (less than 0.05%) and during busy periods, orders can sometimes take two days to arrive with DPD. We package the boxes with enough ice packs to keep your fish cold for 48 hours just in case there is a delay. We recommend downloading the DPD app to track your delivery.
Minimum Order:
Our minimum order amount is £20.00
Different Delivery Address:
Your fish can be delivered to a different address, just enter the details into the delivery address section. Please check your delivery address is correct when you receive your order confirmation email as that is the address it will be delivered to.
Missed Delivery:
When you place your order you will be directed to a page that asks you to choose where to leave your fish in the event you are out, such as in the shed or with a neighbour, just fill this in and we will pass this information to the delivery driver.
Please note that if the driver / courier leaves the parcel in your designated safe place, we accept no responsibility for any missing, damaged or tampered with parcels. If a parcel is missing or has been stolen, we will need a crime reference number before we can apply for a missing parcel claim with DPD.
Cold During Delivery:
For DPD deliveries we will package your fish in fully recyclable cardboard boxes sealed closed with tape, lined with wool and packed with frozen ice packs to keep everything nice and cold. All boxes will be packed with enough frozen packs that it will keep all of the fish cold whilst in transit. Please note that frozen items may start to defrost during delivery and we recommend that they are not re frozen.
We have carried out a series of extensive tests to ensure the insulation inside the boxes works well enough to keep everything cold for up to 48 hours.
For LOCAL deliveries, orders will be packaged in fully recyclable cardboard boxes, sealed using tape. We recommend leaving a cool bag in your safe place if you know you are going to be out.
Maximum Weight:
There is no maximum weight for an order, you can order as much as you like!
Highlands Delivery:
We can deliver to the Scottish highlands, but please contact us before placing an order as delivery to the Highlands normally takes two days.
Collection:
Collection from our premises in Bovey Tracey is available, but please call us to place an order. We do not have a shop at our premises and we are unable to sell fish that has not been pre ordered.
Ring the door bell?
We do hope that the driver will ring the door bell or knock on the door, but since the changes to deliveries following on from the lockdowns, some drivers will leave the box by your front door or in your safe place without knocking. Pleae keep an eye on your tracking info as that will give you an estimated one hour time slot. We also recomend downloading the DPD app which gives you access to the tracking info and also a photo of where the parcel was left.
