Brill is a flat fish that has a lean white flesh with a fine texture and a mild flavour, very similar to Turbot and can be cooked and treated the same way. Brill is a favourite in top restaurants around the world and the finest Brill comes from the south coast.
We source our Brill from the local boats in Brixham, South Devon. This fish should provide three to four portions.
Bake, grill or pan fry as fillets or the whole fish.
All of our Brill are fresh off the boats and are suitable to home freeze. If you would like to freeze our fresh fish we recommend placing in the freezer on the day of delivery and consuming within three months.
